    Thanks, Heather. We built in Mt. Juliet's Oak Hall Subdivision right off N. Mt. Juliet Road. The subdivision has been there a few years but they have added a 2nd phase. We got a great deal and it's so close to Providence and my Mom and Dad. Our mortgage only went up $150. Can't beat a new home as opposed to one remodeled but built in 1976 AND more square footage. Great loan rates.

    I see you might be putting yours on the market soon? Good luck, girl! It is a lot of work but well worth it. Let me know if I can help in any way.
